You order, we print.
Your piece goes into production at the print house nearest you. Two to four days on the press, three to seven in the post, tracking number the whole way.
PAPER, COTTON & PHOSPHOR · SINCE ROUGHLY 1987
T-shirts, prints and desk gear for people who miss a trading floor they never actually worked on. Printed properly. Priced in plain numbers. Shipped anywhere Stripe reaches.
Stripe checkout · Tracked worldwide shipping · Downloads in about a minute
PHYSICAL GOODS · 8 LISTINGS
Everything here is printed when you order it, by print houses in the UK, EU and US. Nothing sits in a warehouse going stale. The price on the card is the price of the thing; shipping and tax show up itemised at checkout.
INSTANT DELIVERY
Pay with Stripe and the download link is on your receipt page before the kettle boils. It lands in your inbox too. If it ever goes missing, write in and I'll resend it. No account. No app.
CURATED KITS
Three ready-made sets for people who'd rather not build a desk one piece at a time. The price is the honest sum of the parts — buy the kit whole, or tap any piece to take it on its own.
CURATED VINTAGE · SOURCED BY HAND
Real hardware and print from the actual decade, found one piece at a time. Quantities are exactly what they say. When something sells it's gone, and the list hears about new finds first.
THE BORING BITS, DONE PROPERLY
Three things worth knowing before you spend money with a stranger on the internet.
01
Your piece goes into production at the print house nearest you. Two to four days on the press, three to seven in the post, tracking number the whole way.
02
Digital goods hit your receipt page and your inbox within about a minute of paying. Lost the email six months later? Write in. I'll resend it, free, no sighing.
03
Every payment runs through Stripe over SSL. I never see the number and this site never stores it. Tax and shipping are itemised before you confirm.
UK and US, usually five to ten business days door to door, production included. Everywhere else, seven to fourteen. Tracking arrives the moment it ships.
A photo within 30 days gets you a reprint or a refund, your pick. Sizing problems, write in and we'll sort something sensible. Detail lives in the refund policy.
Yes. The link lives in your Stripe receipt email, and if it dies I'll resend it for nothing. Just include your order email.
None. The card price is the product price. Shipping and tax appear as their own lines at checkout before you pay a penny.
WHO'S BEHIND THIS
This store is one person with a laptop and a firm belief that a 1987 trading floor was the best-looking room of the twentieth century. Green screens, paper everywhere, phones the size of bricks — all of it.
I got tired of finance nostalgia meaning blurry meme prints on tissue-thin shirts. So I design each piece properly, price it in plain numbers, and put a real payment company between your card and me.
Fun like it's 1987. Run like it's today.
REQUIRED READING
Three deep cuts from the era, for context with your cotton.
NO. 01 · THE HARDWARE
Before apps, market data lived on the Quotron: a green-phosphor terminal that sat on every serious desk and told you, in glowing capitals, exactly how your day was going. Our terminal tee and wallpapers are a straight love letter to it.
NO. 02 · THE DATE
Black Monday. The Dow lost 22.6 percent in a single session, the worst one-day fall in its history. The hoodie says "I held through October" because the people who did earned the right to a heavyweight fleece.
NO. 03 · THE PHONE
Motorola's DynaTAC 8000X arrived in 1983: ten hours to charge, half an hour of talk time, and the single most confident object ever pressed to a human ear. It's all over our ticker for a reason.
MAIL-IN COUPON · NO STAMP REQUIRED
Join and I'll send three retro trading wallpapers straight away, then a short note when something new drops. One or two emails a month at most. Leave whenever you like.
TALK TO A HUMAN
Sizing, shipping, wholesale, or an idea for a poster you'd actually buy. I read everything and reply within a business day.
Who you're buying from. After Hours Trading Co. is the trading name of [YOUR FULL NAME], a sole trader based in England. You can reach the desk through the contact form above or at [YOUR EMAIL].
Your order. A contract forms when Stripe confirms your payment. Prices are shown in USD or GBP; shipping and any applicable taxes appear as separate lines at checkout before you pay.
Physical goods. Items are printed on demand by partner facilities in the UK, EU and US. Delivery estimates on this site are our honest best guess, and we'll tell you promptly if something slips.
Digital goods. Downloads are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don't resell, redistribute or reprint them for sale.
Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law says can't be limited. Beyond that, our liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for it. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. [DRAFT: have a solicitor review before launch.]
What we collect. When you order: your name, email and shipping address, collected by Stripe and shared only with the print partner fulfilling your order. If you join the list: your email address. That's it.
What we never see. Card numbers. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe under Stripe's own privacy policy.
Why we're allowed to. Under UK GDPR: performing our contract with you (orders), your consent (the email list, which you can leave at any time), and legitimate interests (fraud prevention and basic, anonymous visit counts).
How long we keep it. Order records for six years, as UK tax rules require. List emails until you unsubscribe.
Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use: write in via the contact form. If you're unhappy with our answer you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk. We never sell your data to anyone. [DRAFT: have a solicitor review before launch.]
Damaged, misprinted or wrong. Send a photo within 30 days of delivery and you choose: free reprint or full refund. No return postage, no forms in triplicate.
Changed your mind. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel a physical order within 14 days of receiving it. Send it back unworn and unused at your cost, and we refund within 14 days of it arriving.
Digital downloads. At checkout you agree to immediate delivery, which under UK law ends the 14-day cancellation right once the download is supplied. If a file is broken or won't open, we replace it or refund you.
The floor. None of this reduces your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. [DRAFT: have a solicitor review before launch.]
